Letterform Drafts
After choosing the letter 'O' to visually communicate the ten letters, some initial ideas came together that interpreted how the word 'Extract' can be used. Some designs use the word more literally than others. For example, two of the sketches display the concept of pieces of the letters being taken away or 'Extracted'. Whereas one design focuses on the idea of how an 'Extract' of a book is applied to the area of the letterform.
