100 Things//Evaluation of Results

In conclusion to the results collected and presented they show that having a social networking account is very much a current trend. The results also display that having access to this FAD on a mobile device is the most convenient way to keep in touch with the world. Surprising results shows that  a large amount of people who are signed up to a social networking account, on average log on about three times per day. Closely followed by a small percentage who still log on once a day. When asked why people feel the need to create these online profiles of themselves many people said it was to keep in touch with friends and but also to see what other people are up. This suggests that many people like the idea of knowing what is going on in other peoples lives in an ambiguous way. Many people actually admitted to only knowing or talking to about ten percent of the friends they have collected on these sites. This proves the fact even more that people are just there to see what other people are up to, even if they don't know them entirely well. Have the people that were asked said that if their friends deleted their social networking account then they would to. However, looking at the way the other questions were answered it is hard to tell if this question was answered truthfully.
