What is good//Button box

After visiting wood work, it has been decided on what shape the box will be and the timber it will be made out of. Not knowing much about timber, I was surprised by all the variety. Jonathan helped me choose what would be the most appropriate for my product. In the end I decided to go for the light cherry. The box should be ready for Thursday the 1st of May so then I can laser cut on the lid. Here are the dimensions.
